Bank Holiday weekends - £135 per night

If cancellation occurs 14 days or less, before the arrival date, 100% of the fee is retained

If cancellation occurs 15 - 28 days before the arrival date, 50% of the fee is retained

If cancellation occurs more than 28 days before the arrival date, a full refund is given

Overriding this, if I manage to relet, which I will try to do, I will refund (according to the booking I get), less a £30 admin fee.

Please make sure you have your own travel/holiday insurance in place.
